Rutgers Webcam Trial Coverage for Lawyers.com

Coverage of the defense portion and verdict of the Rutgers webcam trial, in which Dharun Ravi was convicted of bias intimidation for spying on roommate Tyler Clementi's romantic encounter via webcam. Clementi committed suicide shortly afterward and the trial was heralded as a groundbreaking test of hate crime laws.
